From the moment we are hired through the last detail of your wedding day, Events! will be hands on and at your side each step of the way, providing you with comprehensive service and the best resources and professionals available in the industry. This package includes:
~ Six planning meetings with a Professional Consultant
~ On-site consultations (up to 25 hours)
~ Recommend and contact vendors who are qualified to provide services for the event
~ Keep track of RSVP list
~ Invitation, stationery, favor, place card and gift design selection
~ Assistance with seating arrangements
~ Hotel bookings for out-of-town guests
~ Assistance with menu selection

~ Assistance with rehearsal dinner reservations

Approximately six weeks prior to the wedding, Events! will meet with you to pull together and refine all the details of your wedding day and to offer suggestions for a flawless wedding. We then consult with all your vendors and compile a detailed written Wedding Day Timeline, Schematic Plan, Map and Vendor Confirmations, which are distributed to all your selected vendors. During this process, we discover and resolve any anticipated problems before the Wedding Day. At the rehearsal and on your Wedding Day, Events! Is on-site to direct activities and provide discrete solutions.
